BonCompteur

Terms

Information and admin service only. Not a bank, an accounting firm, or financial, legal or energy-switching advice.

BonCompteur shows the documents you upload and can email a supplier only after you approve a fixed draft. It does not recommend a tariff, a supplier, or a refund. Estimates are ranges. They are not the facture the supplier will issue.

The free check is one electricity, gas or water bill at €0.00. The Utility MOT is €49.00 a year. Monthly tracking is the add-on on that subscription, not a separate charge. Premium Home is €149.00 a year. A UK account uses the same numbers in pounds. A card is taken only when payments are switched on. A 14-day refund, if you offer one, is a payments setting, not something this software calculates.

You are responsible for checking the French email before you approve it. BonCompteur does not represent you before the supplier or the Médiateur national de l'énergie. Unusual figures and wording can be held for an internal review before they are shown. Checked by people with insurance, legal and finance backgrounds. The desk does not message you and does not contact an outside professional for you.

A gift checkout pays for the Utility MOT or Premium Home on someone else's French home, from a start date, for one year. The parent accepts the plan. Copies of alerts and reports go to the buyer only after the parent consents, and the parent can withdraw that consent. The buyer does not approve the parent's supplier emails.

Short placeholder. A solicitor should review the non-advice wording, the company details, and the consumer terms before launch.
